LLC Operating Agreement. An LLC operating agreement acts as a contract among members and specifies how the LLC will operate functionally and financially An operating agreement typically includes information about: (1) the organization of the LLC; (2) Management and Voting; (3) Capital Contributions; (4) Distributions; (5) Membership; and, (6) Dissolution.
